NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Contemporary commercial building was constructed c.1980. It is rectangular in plan with brown brick walls and a flat, faux mansard roof clad in wood (or wood-look) strip shingles. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition with a center bay accentuated by a metal-clad projection of the mansard roofline. Below this is a pair of metal-framed glass doors with full height shop windows on one side and smaller shop windows with brown brick bulkhead walls on the other side. Additional doors and shop windows, as well as single-pane vertical strip windows, are located at intervals across the façade to accommodate the four businesses currently located in the building.
