Additional Information: | 2021 - This farmstead includes a vernacular c.1870 house with some Greek Revival details and a mix of historic and modern outbuildings. This c.1900 gabled basement barn is located west of the house. It has a concrete block foundation, board and batten siding, and corrugated metal roofing. A driveway ramp on the east elevation leads to a large central garage opening with a modern roll-up door. A modern addition to the front (south) gable end of the barn doubled the building's footprint. The addition has a cement block foundation and metal siding. Off the northwest corner of the barn is a modern animal pen addition with a shed roof. |
