It has a rectangular footprint, concrete foundation, wood clapboard siding, and shed roof dormers on the north and south (side) elevations. Spanning the full width of the façade is an enclosed porch with a front gable roof and three-over-one wood sash windows. In the gable above is a pair of three-over-one wood sash windows.
