Additional Information: | This one-and-a-half story, Minimal Traditional-style house was constructed c.1940. It is of frame construction, sheathed in wood cladding, with a rectangular plan on a poured concrete foundation. The side-gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles with an interior brick chimney. A partial-width porch with wood floor and support beams shelters the front (northwest) facade entryway. Most windows are original, wood, multi-light, double-hung sash. The facade features a bay window. The front entryway features a modern storm door. The door and several windows are flanked by decorative wood shutters. Southeast of the main house is a two-car garage constructed c. 1950. It is of frame construction, clad in wood with a side gable-roof covered in asphalt. It features two overhead doors and a wood door with a single light. |
