NOTES
Additional Information:2022 - This commercial building was constructed in 1953. Facing south, it is constructed of concrete block, with a flat roof and at-grade foundation. The western portion is one story, while the eastern portion is two-stories. Consisting of two storefronts, both parts of the building are uniformly clad in a light brown brick. Banks of large plate glass windows with plain cast stone sills and no lintels span the entire first story, with glass door entrances near the southwestern corners of each storefront. The display windows of the first story are sheltered by a metal shed-roof awning, which truncates at the projecting asymmetrical pilasters at either end. The second story of the eastern portion of the building contains evenly-spaced banks of plate glass windows, again sheltered by metal awnings. A plain metal coping is found at the cornice of both sections of the building.
