Additional Information:2022 - This apartment building was constructed in 1960. The two-story building faces south, and features a rectangular footprint, flat roof, and at-grade foundation. It is clad in red brick, with bays of stucco on the primary elevation. The southern primary elevation is symmetrically arranged, consisting of seven bays of stucco separated by brick pilasters. The main glass-door entrance, flanked by plate glass windows, is located in the center, with three bays on each side. Flat-roof awnings shelter the entrances and windows and alternate between the first and second stories on the primary elevation. Windows are generally found in banks of three, consisting of a large single pane in the center and flanked by 1-over-1 double hung sashes. A wide metal coping is found at the roofline.
