NOTES
Additional Information:This 1 ½ story bungalow was constructed c.1920. It is rectangular in plan with a red brick foundation wall, vinyl siding, and an asphalt-shingled front-gabled roof with clipped gable ends. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with an entrance at the west end of the façade. The door is accessed via a concrete stoop with red brick sidewalls and is sheltered by a cantilevered gable roof with solid triangular braces. The remainder of the first story of the primary façade contains a picture window flanked by multi-over-1 (Craftsman-style) double hung windows. This window bank is sheltered by a shed roof that is supported by solid triangular braces. A built-in planter of red brick construction spans with width of the window. Below the gable is a bank of four 1-over-1 windows. A 1-story, hipped-roof wing projects from the east elevation; this contains banks of Craftsman-style windows in each wall. The east elevation also contains a red brick exterior chimney mass adjacent to a small leaded-glass window.
