Additional Information: | This 2-story Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1925. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled side-gable roof with small eave returns. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with a central front door accentuated by a front-gabled entry porch with squared column supports. Inside the entry porch, the front door is flanked by narrow sidelights and a multi-pane fanlight. On each side of the porch is a single-pane, fixed-sash window. The second story contains a central pair of small 1-over-1 windows and 9-over-1 windows on each side. Brick belt courses are located between the first and second stories on all elevations and between the second story and attic level on the side elevations. Both side elevations feature small semicircular windows under the gables. A 1-story wing with banks of 6-over-1 windows projects from the east elevation. |
