| Additional Information: | This 1-story Ranch house was constructed c.1965. It is rectangular in plan with buff-colored brick walls and an asphalt-shingled, low-pitched hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with a projecting eastern half and a set-back western half. A recessed porch is located at the western end of the projecting building mass; the overhanging roof is supported by scrollwork metal supports. An L-shaped built-in planter forms the western edge of the porch wall and extends along the face of the set-back western portion of the façade. Windows in the façade include a picture window flanked by 1-over-1 windows (located above the built-in planter) and two small pairs of 1-over-1 windows (located in the projecting eastern half of the façade). |
