NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Colonial Revival house was constructed c.1920. It is rectangular in plan with red brick walls and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in composition. A door at the west end of the façade features a Classically-inspired surround (consisting of squared fluted engaged “columns” on each side and a simple entablature above); an original semi-circular entry porch has been recently replaced by a metal-clad shed roof with squared wood posts. The remainder of the first story of the first story façade contains a picture window flanked by double-hung windows. The second story contains two pairs of double-hung windows. All windows appear to by simulated multi-light windows. A 1-story, flat-roofed garage projects from the house’s west elevation; this contains a single overhead garage door.
