NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Ranch house was constructed c.1965. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, stone veneer and composition board walls, and a low-pitched, asphalt-shingled, hipped roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition with an attached garage at the northern end. South of the garage is an oriel window and a separate pair of casement windows. A recessed front entrance is accessed by a wide set of steps with a stone-veneered, built-in planter north of this. The wall south of the entrance is clad in stone veneer and contains a small octagonal window. South of this is a bank of casement windows that wrap around the southwestern corner of the building. A wide, stone veneered chimney projects from the roof at the southern end of the building. Note: Views of this property from the public right-of-way are obscured by heavy foliage.
