Additional Information:This 2-story Side Gabled house was constructed c.1925. It is rectangular in plan with red brick walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces west and is symmetrical in composition. A central front door is accessed via a set of concrete steps with red brick end walls and is sheltered by a cantilevered gable roof. Pairs of 3-over-1 windows are located on each side of the front door (these are sheltered under 1-over-1 storm windows); windows feature simple brick sills and crowns. A wide, front-gabled dormer projects from the front roof slope. The dormer contains a bank of three 3-over-1 windows and is clad in clapboard.
