NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Twentieth Century Commercial building was constructed in 1910. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, brick walls, and a flat roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan due to uneven fenestration across the first story. The original recessed entry remains, but otherwise the storefront has been altered via the application of new vertical strip siding, downsized 1-over-1 and single-pane windows, and brick infill. Above the storefront at the second story is a central 3-sided bay window with narrow 1-over-1 windows in each side. Three singly-placed 1-over-1 windows are located on each side of this. The building is capped by a stepped parapet with corbelled cornice and rectangular panels, the center of which contains stone name/date stamps reading “1910 / A. McKellar.” Rounded stone finials project from the outer and center corners of the parapet.
