NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Twentieth Century Commercial building was constructed c.1910 by Harry H. Marshall. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in composition with an entrance (comprised of a newer metal-framed glass door and window) at the north end of the storefront. The remaining storefront contains a horizontal band of two, narrow, single-pane windows; the wall above and below this is sheathed in concrete. A vinyl awning spans the storefront. The second story contains two pairs of 1-over-1 windows with stone sills and crowns of patterned bricks with contrasting corner stones and keystones. A stone panel reading “H.H. Marshall” is located at the center of the wall above the windows. A patterned brick cornice spans the façade.
