NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Twentieth Century Commercial building was constructed as a hardware store c.1910 with a storefront remodel c.1963 when the building became the offices of the Farm Home and Title Company. It is rectangular in plan with red brick walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces west and is asymmetrical in composition. The c.1963 storefront is clad in metal-framed panels with two horizontally-oriented shop windows that angle inward toward the recessed front entrance. The entrance consists of a metal-framed glass door with a narrow transom. Four panels of decorative brickwork are located above the storefront. The second story contains four window openings set within a stone surround; the individual window openings are divided by brick piers and contains downsized 1-over-1 windows with vinyl siding in the remaining space. Four inset brick panels are located above the second-story windows. Above this is a stone and brick cornice that features four stone panels with festoon ornamentation.
