Additional Information:2022: This farmstead consists of a house, two barns, and a chicken coop. The two-story, gable ell farmhouse was constructed c.1880. It is of frame construction, sheathed in asbestos siding, and has a side-gable roof covered in asphalt shingles. The house contains the original, multi-pane, wood windows. An interior brick chimney is at the ridgeline and an exterior cinderblock chimney is near the north end of the front (east) facade. A hip-roof porch is in the inner corner of the “L” and a gable-wall dormer is on the south end of the facade. A c.1900 gable-roof barn with an attached milk house is located to the northwest of the house. It is of frame construction and clad in wood vertical board, with metal roofing. A smaller c.1920 barn with a gambrel roof is to the northeast of the c.1900 barn. It is of frame construction, sheathed in vertical wood boards, and the roof is covered with asphalt shingles. A c.1920 chicken coop is located north of the house between the two barns. It is of frame construction and clad in horizonal wood board with metal roofing.
