NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story warehouse and office building was constructed in 1979 and exhibits characteristics of the Contemporary style. The building is rectangular in plan consisting of three flat-roofed volumes that descend in height toward the rear of the building. The walls are constructed of concrete block laid in common bond. The primary elevation faces south towards W. Rawson Avenue while the secondary elevation faces east toward the adjacent parking lot. A glazed lobby at the southeast corner of the building contains a floating staircase and entrances into the office levels. On either side of the lobby, the south and east elevations are accentuated by vertical bands of striated concrete that are punctuated by single windows in the first and second stories. Vehicular entrances are placed at irregular intervals in the remainder of the east elevation.
