| Additional Information: | 2022 - This Contemporary residence was constructed in 1956. This one-story house faces west on a corner lot, with a hipped, asphalt shingled roof, a large front-gabled projecting bay at the southwest corner, and an attached two-car garage. The house is clad in a narrow, variegated tan brick veneer, with wide clapboards in the gable end. The hipped roof mass features wide overhanging eaves, while boxed eaves are present in the gable of the projecting bay. The entrance is located in the northern portion of the projecting bay, with large picture windows to the south that wrap the corner of the house. There is a large picture window on the hipped roof portion mass and a smaller pair of windows that wraps the northwest corner of the house as well. Windows appear to be original. |
