NOTES
Additional Information:2022 - Built in 1973, the Parts USA building at 333 South Hawley Road is in a residential and light industrial area near Calvary and Spring Hill cemeteries (Milwaukee 2022). The building is occupied by Parts USA, an appliance parts distributor. The one-story precast concrete panel building has a flat roof and slate awning above the front entrance on South Hawley Court. The original steel commercial storefront remains intact on the east elevation. The south elevation has an oversize loading dock, which is accessed from a surface parking lot. The building lacks a discernable architectural style, but retains elements, such as the concrete panels, from its original period of construction.
