NOTES
Additional Information:This 2-story Queen Anne house was constructed c.1890. It embodies a gabled ell plan with red brick walls and steeply-pitched, asphalt-shingled gable roofs. The southeast elevation (facing Pine Street) appears to be the primary façade and features a recessed porch that spans the majority of the side-gabled building mass; the porch is recessed under an extension of the southeastern roof slope which is supported by squared wood supports. Inside the porch is a single board-infilled, segmentally arched window opening (in the southeastern wall of the porch) and a single doorway (in the southwestern wall). Above the porch, a large front-gabled wall dormer is clad in brick and contains a segmentally-arched doorway that provides access to a balcony with squared wood supports and turned wood railings; the wall below the gable is clad in decorative wood shingles. South of the porch, the primary elevation contains a small segmentally-arched window with stained glass detailing and a larger picture window with matching stained glass detailing in its segmentally-arched transom. Above the picture window, at the second story, is a single 1-over-1, segmentally-arched window. The northeast elevation facing Lake Street contains a central picture window with a segmentally arched stained-glass transom at the first story and a segmentally arched 1-over-1 window at the second story. A 1-story side-gabled brick mass projects from the building’s northwest elevation and features a recessed porch along its northeast wall; a 1-story garage addition projects from the northwest side of this building mass. The garage is clad in vinyl siding.
