NOTES
Additional Information:This 1-story Craftsman bungalow was constructed in 1914. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard walls and a steeply-pitched, asphalt-shingled, hipped roof with overhanging eaves and exposed rafter ends. The front elevation faces southwest and is asymmetrical in composition. A projecting hipped-roof porch spans the northern half of the façade. The porch features heavy square wood supports and exposed rafter ends along the eaves; the porch stairs run parallel to the house’s front wall and extend from the east side of the porch. Inside the porch is a multi-pane glazed front door and a picture window with transom. South of the porch is a three-sided oriel window. A red brick chimney runs the height of the northwestern wall and projects through the roofline.
