| Additional Information: | This 2-story Dutch Colonial Revival house was constructed c. 1929 for Roland and Ethel Greve. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and an asphalt-shingled gambrel roof. The front elevation faces east and is symmetrical in composition with the exception of a 1-story sunroom/conservatory wing projecting from the south elevation. A central front door is accented by a gabled entry porch with Tuscan columns. Banks of three 6-over-1 windows are located on each side of the entry porch. At the second story, a nearly full-width, shed-roofed dormer contains a central pair of 6-over-1 windows with larger pairs of 6-over-1 windows on each side. The dormer wall between the windows is clad in wood shingle. A red brick chimney projects from the roof peak. The 1-story south wing contains banks of three 4-over-4 windows in the east and south elevations; its flat roof serves as a second story balcony and is enclosed by a wood railing. An attached garage is accessed via the south elevation with a single overhead door. |
