Additional Information:Built in 1924 by Alex Higgins. The first floor was originally home to the Mulrooney Drug Co., while Higgins had his insurance and law office on the upper floor. Mulrooney moved out in 1927 to 107 E. Wall Street, which he purchased in May 1927.
