At one time, the Tureur's (Mrs. Wery's maiden name) lived here. The farm was built during the 1880s. The outdoor stone bake oven was torn down around 1950. Michael Tureur, Mrs. Wery's father, built the garage, summer kitchen, machine shed, and woodshed. A small kitchen orchard is on the property. A smokehouse was located to the east of the house. |
