1998 Survey:

1 1/2 story main block with addition to the east. Eighteen-inch thick brick walls. Stone foundation. Hipped roof. Interior is essentially intact.

District #4 School was originally a one-room school but received an addition sometime between 1904 and 1913. School closed in 1973.
