Additional Information:1985-SEGMENTAL ARCHED WINDOWS. FRAME SUMMER KITCHEN AT REAR. 1/2 ROUND WINDOW IN GABLE. 2007-1/2 round window has been replaced with louvers. The privy was rebuilt in 1997. A small barn is also on the property. On 12/4/1891, Jean Baptiste Macaux bought the 91.7 acre property for $1,023 from Charles and Marie Benning. On 10/30/1919, Lena and Jean Baptiste Macaux sold the property for $12,000 to Henry and Mamie Macaux. On 10/1/1960, Henry and Mamie Macaux sold the property to Lillian Retzlaff for $14,000. On 7/28/1986, George and Lillian Retzlaff sold the property to Annette Wiesner.
