On 10/30/1919, Lena and Jean Baptiste Macaux sold the property for $12,000 to Henry and Mamie Macaux. On 10/1/1960, Henry and Mamie Macaux sold the property to Lillian Retzlaff for $14,000. On 7/28/1986, George and Lillian Retzlaff sold the property to Annette Wiesner. |
