| Additional Information: | VERTICAL 3/1 WINDOWSSEE ISF Resurveyed March 2014; new screen door added. 2014- "This 1 ½ story Bungalow was constructed c.1925. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard siding and a metal-clad side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces west and is symmetrical in plan with a central front door flanked by banks of four 3-over-1 windows on each side. Above this, a front-gabled dormer projects from the center of the front roof slope; the dormer contains a bank of three single-pane windows.
