| Additional Information: | SQUARE CUT LOGS, WOODSHINGLES IN GABLES FIELDSTONE CHIMNEY SEE ISF* Resurveyed March 2014; changes include the reconstruction (or enlargement of) the frame addition and the addition of new windows. 2014- "This 1-story vernacular house was constructed c.1900 with additions c.1940 and c.1950. The building is rectangular in plan with square-hewn log and clapboard walls. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan. The building consists of the original c.1900 log house and c.1940 frame/clapboard additions to its west elevation. Where visible, the original house displays dovetail corner joints. A wide limestone chimney is located in the southern elevation of the log mass; newer 1-over-1 windows are located on each side of this. A single doorway and a bay window are located in the south elevation of the frame addition.
