"Built by a local contractor, the Larson Brothers Contracting Company, the Terrace Court Apartments is a three-story red brick building which features architectural details of the Neo-Classical Revival style... Terrace Court Apartments was built as an apartment complex for middle- and upper-class Kenoshans who wanted a downtown address, but not the upkeep of a downtown single-family residence. Original tenants included doctors, dentists, attorneys, business managers, and other white-collar professionals."
