It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Peabody (1858-1942) lived here from 1914-1942. Was an architect with the firm of Van Brant and Howe of Kansas City from 1887-1889. Then worked with Burnham and Root of Chicago from 1890-1894. From 1905-1915 was the University of Wisconsin architect. Was the State of Wisconsin architect from 1915-1937. 2024: Garage was built in the 1990s according to the owner. Garage is outside of the period of significance for the district.
