ORIGINALLY BUILT BY THE MILWAUKEE IRON CO. AS ONE OF THEIR EARLIEST BOARDING HOUSES FOR MILL WORKERS. IT LATER HOUSED A BAKERY, RESTAURANT, AND A TAVERN.
