Additional Information:Builder was Adolph Schoenleber. Original cost $11,500. Partial demolition: 6/9/92. Elevator addition on rear facade. Excellent original upper floors. Modern first floor storefronts. Elaborate corbelled cornice and architectonic facade. Established in 1849 and by 1881 was the 2nd oldest furniture store in the city.
