Additional Information:THE GARAGE WAS ADDED IN 1918 AND DESIGNED BY SCHUCHARDT & JUDELL. REAR ADDITION WAS DESIGNED IN 1924 BY JUDELL & BOYNER. HALSEY WAS A MASTER PLUMBER AND SANITARY ENGINEER WHO WAS BORN IN ALBANY, NEW YORK ON 10/16/1857. Converted to apartments by Thomas Van Alyea. This structure is a fine example of one of the city's few residences designed in the Georgian Revival. Mason: Sam Brockman
