GREEN WAS THE PRESIDENT OF THE GREEN TELEPHONE AND ELECTRIC CO. IN MILWAUKEE. BEFORE LIVING IN THIS HOUSE HE LIVED AT 2974 N. 2ND ST. THE E. NEWBERRY BLVD. HOUSE WAS VACANT IN 1921 BUT BY 1923 FRANK H. SPEARMAN LIVED HERE. Frey and Pieper - Builders Original estimated cost - $8000.
