A one-story structure with pent roof, covered with wood "shakes" extending to form entrance to alley.

1992- "Early photos show that there was originally a two-story frame construction Front Gable form rectilinear plan commercial building on this site that was still extant in 1927. The very small one-story rectilinear plan late Commercial Vernacular form building that occupies the lot today was probably built in the 1960s and it is of modern design. The east-facing main facade is faced in tan brick and contains a large oblong metal-framed display window and a one-light metal-framed entrance door. '!'he facade is surmounted by a full-width wood shake-covered pent roof that is continued across the driveway between this building and the one to the north. Since the present building dates from after World War II, it is considered to be a non-contributing resource within the district."
- Prepared by Timothy F Heggland (1992).
