Excellent example of early brick dwelling. Note flat roof, window proportions, molded lintels and door surround with sidelights and transom light.

Two story brick rectangular residence. Bay window on the side facade. Roof brackets support flat roof. Door surround has sidelights and transom.

Locally designated 11-12-1985.

Originally this building was part of the Vine/Reservoir Historic District (listed: 8/2/1984).
