Additional Information:Large house with large rear wing dating to post-1927. This property was owned throughout the 19th century by the same pople who owned the lot directly to the west at W61 N634 Mequon Avenue. A house was built on that property ca 1890. This property was detached from the other in 1906 when it was sold to Johann Scheer, a relative of the woman who owned the other lot. Johann Scheer was a capitalist and a widower. In 1919 Johann sold this property to Albert and Norma Scheer for $1.00. Scheer owned the property until the 1970s.
