Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Locally designated Neenah landmark. Altered Queen Anne house with extensive decorative shingles, stained glass, and other decorative features. Veranda has been removed, but was reconstructed in 1985 based on photos and physical evidence. Is one of the most ornate Queen Anne's in the city. Ellis Jennings was a partner n Wheeler & Jennings, a Neenah Lumber Company. The house was previously surveyed in 1978 with map code of 6/25 on a DOT Neenah map. The 2004 map code is 156/10a. This house is also included in the East Forest Avenue Historic District, listed in 2005.
