Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. The church was remodeled in 1871 and the addition constructed, the church bell was added in 1876, and in 1906, the basement was dug. Associated with East Wiota Lutheran Cemetery, AKA Cherry Branch Cemetery, BLT-0072, ASI #15289 2014: Interior very intact, with tongue-in-groove ceiling, wood pews, wood alter, early 20th century lights, and hand-painted windows.
