The front facing gable end has only a single window of this type with gothic-style muntins; the whole characteristic of English Regency period "gothicized" window. The side gable have similar windows arranged in the Palladian fashion having two smaller double-hung side windows. The full width front porch covers the rectangular entrance vestibule with the entrance door having a single, leaded glass side light. The northeast corner of the first floor under the porch roof is canted and there is a two story tall polygonal pedimented bay on the north facade. There is a very fine, original gable roof with dormer carriage house to the rear of the main house with paneled double doors giving access to the interior facing onto West Walnut Street.
