Additional Information:City of Green Bay, Wisconsin - Architectural and Historical Intensive Survey Report Phase 1 - 2021 125 South Brodway was built first and is two bays wide while 119-121 South Broadway was built in an identical style in 1928 and is three bays wide. Fine triangular arch entrance door surround with a cartouche with swags on either side placed above the transom light. Rusticated brick foundation with concrete watertable above. There are decorative brick panels between the second and third floor windows.
