Additional Information:A very fine, intact example. Full width hip roof front porch has Tuscan arched openings. Roof is supported by large square stuccoed piers having engaged single pilasters centered on each face of the pier creating a more complex whale. The house sits on a concrete plinth foundation and the original foundation wall above is new sided in brick veneer. There is a large, hip roofed rectilinear two story tall ell on both the east and west facing facades, each floor of which has a triple window group on the principal facade. The west facing facade also has a large hip roofed side porch behind the bay imitating the design features of the main porch. all major windows on the house are 8/1 lite. #650: Garage is possibly original or earlier than the house and is a small gable roof clapboard sided building with a shed roof addition.
