NOTES
Additional Information:2015- "This one and one-half story, brick-veneered Tudor Revival residence was erected for Eli Dessart in 1937. It rests on a poured concrete foundation and displays asphalt-shingled roofs. The house features a steeply-pitched, side-gable roof accented with a dormer; a broad, brick exterior chimney; and a centrally-placed, enclosed, front-gabled entrance porch. A flight of concrete steps with wrought iron rails rises to the front door. A polygonal bay window northeast of the entrance replaced a garage opening prior to 1985. Originally, the end gables were finished with stucco and applied half-timbering, and the dormer was stuccoed. Since 1985, these details have been covered with vinyl siding. Original, 6/1 sash windows light the house." - "Gray St, Dousman St to Velp Ave," WisDOT#4987-02-58, Prepared by Elizabeth L. Miller (Preservation Consultant), 2015. 2015: Half-timber work and stuccoed dormer walls have been covered with vinyl siding. Original garage was integral to the house with the garage door placed to the left of the entrance door. This space has been remodeled and a very shallow raked hip roof polygonal bay window now takes its place. The gable ends of the house, the entrance porch and the sides fo the dormers are all stuccoed and the gable ends have false half timber work. -#650: Garage. Green Bay Intensive Survey Phases 2, 3 & 4
