A CLOUDED GLASS TRANSOM WINDOW STRETCHES ACROSS THE FACADE ABOVE THE STORE FRONT. RECESSED ENTRANCES TO THE STORE AND TO THE SECOND LEVEL ARE OTHER FEATURES OF THE STREET LEVEL FACADE. THIS BUILDING IS ARCHITECTURALLY IMPORTANT TO THE HISTORIC COMMERCIAL DISTRICT BECAUSE THE BUILDING ESSENTIALLY HAS BEEN MAINTAINED AS IT WAS BUILT. Covenant/Easement: From 6/10/1994 to 6/10/1999.
