NOTES
Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation. Excellent small brick front gabled style with clapboard sided shorter rear addition with a shed roof extension behind. Both of which appear to be later than the brick main block, but which are probably of historic significance. Main block has six lite semi-circular arched windows with contrasting light colored handmolds throughout; those on the first floor being more nearly flush with the main walls than those on the second. #650: Garage in the rear is a later building.
