Additional Information: | A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Facade partially covered by modern screen front; remainder of facade articulated by recessed brick panels and irregularly placed windows with stone lintels. Round windows. Transom window on store front screen; altered store fronts. If the modern screen facade were removed from the facade, the Union Block would be an architecturally significant example of commercial architecture built during the 1880's boom period in Chippewa Falls. |
