Additional Information:Projecting metal cornice with end brackets and finial on the brick corner pier and corbeled brick pattern below. Stone, flat, straight lintels on 3rd story windows; and arched stone flat window heads with keystone accent over two over two 2nd story windows, brick corner piers and iron columns remain on the store front; white stone belt courses divide the brick surface.

Constructed as one building with 405 South 3rd by Segelke-Kohlhaus for office and warehouse space.

2017 UPDATE - BUILDING APPEARS SUBSTANTIALLY AS IT DID WHEN LAST SURVEYED IN 1996.
