| Additional Information: | One-story cube cream brick house (now completely stuccoed) with brackets under eaves, a bay window on the south side rear, front gable with returned eaves, enclosed modern porch on the front. Victorian Box Type house; three-sided bay window. Front cross gable with cornice returns; paired brackets under eaves; rear hipped extension with open side porch with segmental arched openings supported by capped posts. See 157. 2016 UPDATE - HOUSE APPEARS TO BE INTACT FROM WHEN LAST SURVEYED (1996), WITH STUCCO SIDING, PERMASTONE ON LOWER SECTION OF ENCLOSED PORCH. |
