Additional Information:Vernacular red brick house with arched front windows, a porch on the front with dentils, cornice with egg and dart motif and brick balustrades. Plain projecting cornice with dentil ornament and parapet above. Stone water table; segmental arched and flat arched windows; full-length front porch with round arched window and door opening and second story frame porch addition.

2017 UPDATE - BUILDING INTACT, HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO AN APARTMENT BUILDING, UNSURE OF NUMBER OF UNITS. NOT MUCH CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS SURVEY.
