East and west side roof dormer with arched roof; two story octagonal tower on east corner half shingled with bell balustrade and Ionic columns; multi-paned over clear plate glass window projecting window cornices. The well preserved Capellen house is a significant example of the Queen Anne influence in its last stage of development in the city of La Crosse. |
